CDP World 2024 Suite Deal Promotion Terms & Conditions

Eligible Promotion participants will be entered into a random drawing to win a complimentary upgrade of their hotel room at the Red Rock Resort, Las Vegas, CA for the CDP World 2024 event to (A) a Red Rock Resort Signature Suite if the participant secures two (2) or more new Guests; or (B) a Red Rock Resort Presidential Suite if the participant secures ten (10) or more new Guests. The complimentary upgrade includes applicable resort fees and taxes for the upgrade only; does not include the cost of the original room reservation.
The random drawing will be held on October 3, 2024.
Winners are responsible for any additional charges (e.g., additional upgrades, room service, extra nights).
The promotion is only valid for and shall be applied only to an eligible participant’s stay at the Red Rock Resort, Las Vegas, CA for CDP World 2024 checking in October 14 and checking out on October 17, 2024.
The offer is non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash, other compensation, a stay in another room or at another location or a stay on another night.
Supply of upgrade-eligible rooms is limited and subject to availability.

The CDP World 2024 Suite Deal promotion (“Promotion”) is available to attendees of CDP World 2024 from Eligible Companies who invite and successfully secure two (2) or more new additional attendees of CDP World 2024 from Eligible Companies (each, a “Guest”). In order to be eligible for the Promotion, all Guests must register for CDP World 2024 and identify the eligible Promotion participant as the referring party during the Promotional Period and must actually attend CDP World 2024.
“Eligible Companies” are customers or prospective customers of Treasure Data that are companies or organizations that own and manage products or services sold directly for end consumers and that are attending CDP World 2024 from October 14 to 17, 2024.
Partners, resellers, consultants, suppliers, and vendors of Treasure Data are not eligible.
Employees of Treasure Data, Verde Events, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
It is the participant’s responsibility to confirm that they can accept the promotional offer pursuant to the policies and procedures of their employer.
Treasure Data reserves the right to ask for additional information at any time for purposes of determining eligibility or compliance with law.

The offer is limited to Guests registered for CDP World 2024 during the Promotional Period and who indicate that they were referred by the eligible participant at the time of registration.
All registrations are subject to hotel and event terms, policies and regulations.

The offer is valid from September 26, 2024 to October 3, 2024 (“Promotional Period”).
Once the Promotional Period has ended, the promotion will close, and no further registrations will be accepted as part of the promotion.

If an eligible participant or Guest cancels or otherwise does not attend CDP World 2024, they will not be eligible for the Promotion; and, in the case of the participant, the promotional upgrade shall be forfeited and the participant may be charged for the stay.
Any cancellations or modification to the registration are subject to the hotel and standard event policies.

The event organizers are not responsible for technical errors, such as system outages or incorrect code applications, that may prevent participants or Guests from securing the offer.
Treasure Data makes NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), and shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages of any kind with respect to a participant’s or Guest’s stay at the hotel or attendance at CDP World 2024.

The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the incentive and/or the event at their discretion, subject to notification of affected participants.
