Marketing Copilot is a new generative AI chat interface that lets you explore audiences and create and analyze segments.
How it works
Inside Audience Studio, the UI for marketers within Treasure Data, you’ll see a new conversational chat interface where you can chat with your CDP using everyday language, just like talking to a colleague.
Ask the copilot a question about your customer data, have it analyze existing audiences and segments, or create new ones. Drill down into the analysis and visualizations it provides. You can also collaborate with the copilot to brainstorm new campaign ideas and create step-by-step action plans.

AI Framework: Build your own AI agent

Treasure Data wants you to have the tools you need to democratize your data and make it accessible to everyone in your organization. With the new AI Framework, data science teams and Treasure Data partners can now build generative AI capabilities on top of the CDP that do precisely that.
How it works
The AI Framework provides the building blocks to create sophisticated, intelligent AI agents. Create a project, identify the table data to use for your knowledgebase, create the system prompts and outputs for agent interactions, and launch your new agent.
The AI Framework leverages RAG (retrieval augmentation generation) to leverage the data in your profile and data layers in Treasure Data CDP.
It’s also important to note that the AI Framework is built on the same trust and security compliance and policy framework as the CDP. Applications built on the framework do not use any customer data or interactions to train or fine-tune the LLM, and there is zero data retention in the CDP, including PII data or queries.

With Real-time Triggers, a capability that is part of Real-Time 2.0, Treasure Data’s solution that unifies batch and real-time data together at the profile level, you can now communicate with a potential or existing customer within seconds, personalizing the customer experience and driving greater conversion.
How it works
Using the easy-to-use, drag-and-drop canvas, select a real-time customer journey and place a trigger at the journey stage you want to activate. The CDP listens for and processes all customer-generated streaming events across channels, stitching them to a profile to get a complete view of the customer.
If a real-time event comes in that activates the trigger, you can instantly send a message in different channels, such as email or SMS. You can also personalize these actions using historical context already stored in the CDP as part of that profile.
